3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

IMPORTANT: The audit results are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis. AI systems can make mistakes, misinterpret content, or provide outdated recommendations.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated recommendations may not be suitable for your specific situation
  • Implementation of recommendations is at your own risk
  • We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on audit results
  • You should consult with qualified SEO professionals for critical changes

4. User Accounts and Credits

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Using credits responsibly and not attempting to manipulate the system

Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Audit websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
  • Use the Service to audit illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or credit restrictions
  • Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Rate Limits and Restrictions

To ensure fair usage and protect our infrastructure, we implement the following limits:

  • Maximum 10 audits per hour per user
  • Maximum 50 chat messages per hour per user

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Audit reports generated for your websites belong to you. However, the underlying technology, algorithms, and Service interface remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETTPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any inaccurate or incomplete audit results
  • Business decisions made based on audit recommendations
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the Service or rate limits
  • Any reason deemed necessary to protect the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
