Brand Analyzer — track how AI engines talk about your brand versus competitors
Brand Analyzer tracks how the major AI engines talk about your brand versus competitors across the prompts your customers actually ask — measuring Share-of-AI-Voice, sentiment and citations. Import or generate prompts, run them across five LLMs, and see where you are visible, where you are invisible, and which competitors own the answer.
Five LLMs in parallel: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Mistral — tested with the same prompts in the same run.
Share-of-AI-Voice: how often your brand is cited relative to competitors for each prompt set.
Sentiment analysis: positive, neutral or negative framing per engine — engines disagree, and Brand Analyzer shows it.
Drift detection: weekly tracking catches changes in citation patterns before they cost a quarter.
Source attribution: every AI answer shows which URLs were cited, so you can verify and improve.
Compare answers to the same questions
Build a prompt set around the decisions your audience makes, then compare model answers for that same set. Separate spontaneous mentions from questions that name your brand: asking about a company directly should not be counted as evidence that it is discovered unprompted.
Turn missing or inaccurate answers into work
Inspect the cited sources and the exact wording before deciding what to change. A missing mention, negative framing and an incorrect fact need different responses. Keep competitors, prompt wording and reporting periods consistent when comparing results, and use AIR when you need to follow movement over time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which AI models does Brand Analyzer test?
Brand Analyzer probes five major language models in parallel: GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Perplexity (Sonar & Sonar Pro) and Mistral Large. All models are tested with the same prompts in the same run.
What is the difference between Brand Analyzer and AIR?
Brand Analyzer is a prompt-level analysis tool — you select specific prompts and see the exact AI answers with source citations. AIR is a monitoring dashboard that tracks Share-of-AI-Voice, sentiment and trend deltas over time. Brand Analyzer tells you what AI says today; AIR tells you how it changed.
Can I generate prompts or do I need to write them?
Both. You can write custom prompts or use the AI Prompt Tracker to generate realistic buying questions from Google Search Console data or seed keywords. Import from CSV is also supported.
How does drift detection work?
Brand Analyzer compares the current run to previous runs for the same prompt set. When citation share, sentiment or competing mentions change beyond a configurable threshold, the platform flags the drift and can send a Slack notification.
Can I export the results?
Yes. Brand Analyzer results can be exported as CSV or PDF. The export includes prompts, model answers, cited sources, sentiment scores and Share-of-AI-Voice per engine.
